Tax Assessor's Office
The assessor is responsible to the citizens of the taxing district for the fair assessment of all property in order that the tax burden be distributed equitably. (N.J.A.C. 18:17-3.3)
Property taxes are calculated by multiplying the property's assessed value by the current tax rate. Assessed values were set to Market Value at the last Revaluation in 2006. The 2025 ratio of Assessed Value to Market Value in West Windsor is 65.83%.
